West Coast Casualty’s Annual Construction Defect Seminar is scheduled to take place May 15, 16, and 17, 2013 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. The overall theme for the 2013 event will be “Been There, Done That..Now What???” The seminar will look back at where we have been in the construction defect arena, what has been done to improve the ways things are done, what mistakes were made and how we corrected them. Additionally, the seminar will include where we are going as construction defect claims and litigation continue on the West Coast and progress into the Mountain States, the Midwest States and on to the East Coast.
