Our 2013 construction defect seminar will take place on May 15, 16, and 17, 2013 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim California USA. The overall theme for our 2013 event will be "Been There, Done That . . Now What ? ? ? " It will be a look back at where we have been in the construction defect arena, what has been done to improve the way things are done, what mistakes were made and how we corrected them. We also plan to include where are we going as construction defect claims and litigation continue on the West Coast and progress into the Mountain States, the Midwest States and on the East Coast.

Attendance at our yearly event has averaged 1600-1650 attendees for the past five years. Attendees are judges (various Federal Court, State Supreme Court, Appellate Court, Superior Court, District Court and Circuit Courts), attorneys (including plaintiff, defense, coverage, in-house, general and panel counsel), insurance personnel (claims, underwriting, MGA and brokers), experts and many others who are involved in this area of specialized claims and litigation. Attendees come from approximately 35 states and several foreign countries each year.
