This American Bar Association seminar will cover “what it takes to be an arbitrator or mediator with the American Arbitration Association’s Construction Panel, give tips for building the type of experience that the AAA looks for and offer insight and advice for building a successful ADR practice.” The AAA panel will also discuss their “concerted effort to attract and mentor diverse arbitrators and mediators” as well as “the training and continuing education offered by the AAA to its panelists” and “its mentoring program.”
