American International Group (AIG) has announced a new product that covers employers when a workplace death or injury leads to an OSHA investigation. According to Insurance Journal, the new product is called OSHA Counsel Assist (OSHA Assist) and provides expanded general liability coverage including access to legal counsel specializing in OSHA litigation and reimbursement of defense costs.
