The American Bar Association (ABA) presents a webinar regarding the importance of scheduling and schedule analyses for construction attorneys. The ABA seminar will cover topics such as “How do you evaluate the strength of your case when it depends on schedule delay analysis? Are your schedule and schedule analysis effective? How does an Owner defend against a schedule delay claim? How do you devise and formulate your legal strategy?” This event will build off part one and will cover “AACEI delay analysis techniques, acceleration, productivity, measured mile, escalation, home office overhead, and liquidated damages” and will discuss “the guidance from American Courts and Boards regarding scheduling delay analyses.”
