ANAHEIM, Calif. — The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) 2022 Convention kicks off in just under three weeks at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California, October 23-26! As we approach the one-year anniversary celebrating passage of the $1.2 trillion federal bipartisan infrastructure law, civil engineers from across the country and around the globe will convene at ASCE's flagship event for inspiring presentations on emerging technologies and how the law will impact the nation. Other topics to be explored through convention presentations include highlights of significant projects; natural and man-made disasters and how to mitigate their effects through codes and standards; state of the industry and profession; and multi-disciplinary technical issues, best practices, and innovations.
