Steering the Train When Double Tracking Additional Insured and Indemnity Agreement Issues,” Mr. Friedman and his expert co-panelists will highlight competing policy obligations under additional insured endorsements and the contractual liability exclusion/ “insured contract” exception, including strategies to ensure a fair recovery for respective insureds.
