The Seminar Group presents a seminar focused on relevant topics of Georgia’s construction law. Participants will learn about recent trends and issues in the construction industry. Specifically, faculty “will discuss the prosecution and defense of construction related claims, how to protect the rights of your client, and your company’s right to receive payment.” The seminar is relevant for attorneys, contractors, municipal employees, and government employees.
