This American Bar Association (ABA) webinar will cover “recent trends and changes in construction law that impact the risk shifting strategies for design professionals on construction and design projects.” Three of the faculty include co-authors of ABA’s recently published book “Design Professional’s Guide to Construction Law.” Topics of this 90-minute webinar include “the design professional’s legal responsibilities in the construction and completion phases of a project; risk-shifting on design build projects; and the design professional’s risk in the areas of indemnification and professional liability insurance, as explored in the new Design Professional Guide.”
