The American Bar Association (ABA) presents “’The Art and Science of Construction Litigation,’ which is not just for litigators (though litigators will love it).” The three-day meeting “will cover a broad spectrum of topics relevant to both litigation and transactional practices, and to outside and in-house counsel.” The “faculty have prepared sessions that will appeal to seasoned construction attorneys and those new to the practice, covering age-old trial techniques along with new techniques and approaches for mitigating risks and resolving construction disputes.”
